Focusing primarily in Digital Product Design, I am a multifaceted designer with experience and interest in UX/UI, architectural, branding, and web design.
I took my passion for visual art and design from my Minnesota hometown to Virginia for my undergraduate education, where I completed a Bachelors of Science in Architecture at the University of Virginia. After completing my undergraduate degree, I worked as a Project Designer for an architecture firm in Richmond, Virginia. While working as an architectural designer, I spent evenings and weekends building my portfolio in UX/UI design in preparation for a career pivot into Digital Product Design.
Currently, I am pursuing my Masters of Science in Business / Branding, concentrating in Experience Design at Virginia Commonwealth University’s Brandcenter. While working on my graduate degree, I established a freelance business designing websites and graphic design projects for small business clients across the Richmond area.
